坚硬厚顶板采动影响下区段煤柱合理宽度的确定

Reasonable Width of Section Coal Pillar Under Influence of Mining of Hard and Thick Roof

摘要: 以新疆俄霍布拉克煤矿1406回风平巷在上回采工作面采动影响下掘进巷道围岩变形破坏严重为背景,对坚硬厚顶板采动影响下1406回风平巷变形破坏机理进行了分析。结果表明:采空区顶板的垮落具有垮落周期长,动压强烈,对下位煤层给定变形大,侧向实体煤破坏深度大的特点|当前10m煤柱宽度对于1406回风平巷并不能起到较好的维护作用。基于弹性核理论计算了煤柱宽度,运用数值模拟软件对坚硬厚顶板采动影响条件下侧向支承压力分布以及不同煤柱宽度垂直应力与围岩变形进行了研究,最终确定1404回采工作面与1406回风平巷区段煤柱合理宽度为18m。

Abstract: Abstract: Base on the deformation and failure of 1406 return airway under influence of mining of E’huobulake mine in Xinjiang, we analyze the deformation and failure mechanism of 1406 return airway under influence of mining of thick and hard roof and conclude that roof caving in goaf is characterized of long cycle, strong dynamic pressure, big given deformation and big failure depth to lateral coal. Besides, unreasonable section coal pillar is another major factor. Through theoretical calculation of pillar width base on the Elastic Core Theory and numerical simulation on pillar stress and lateral pressure, 18m is determined as the reasonable width between 1404 mining face and 1406 return airway.
